Desde hoy 23 de Mayo de 2005 he decidido dedicar la NOTA SOBRE EL DERECHO DE AUTOR DEL ESTE WEBLOG al Dominio Público. Originariamente esta NOTA tenía una licencia de Creative Commons, específicamente una Licencia de Países en Desarrollo, pero reflexionando sobre algunos sucesos ocurridos en la blogósfera estos últimos días, asesorado directamente por el mate matutino y, sobre todo, anticipando algunos de mis comentarios inmediatos, resolví directamente hacer uso de la Dedicación al Dominio Público. Esta dedicación tienen la clara intención de que se puedan hacer todos y cada uno de los usos libres que se necesiten sobre esta base. En otras palabras, quiere contribuir a hacer un uso libre, intensivo y selectivo de las licencias que favorezca a los creadores a diseñar una estrategia cercana al nuevo arte regulativo. Por tanto, les dejo a continuación la dedicación propiamente dicha.
