Desde hoy 23 de Mayo de 2005 he decidido dedicar la NOTA SOBRE EL DERECHO DE AUTOR DEL ESTE WEBLOG al Dominio Pblico. Originariamente esta NOTA tena una licencia de Creative Commons, especficamente una Licencia de Pases en Desarrollo, pero reflexionando sobre algunos sucesos ocurridos en la blogsfera estos ltimos das, asesorado directamente por el mate matutino y, sobre todo, anticipando algunos de mis comentarios inmediatos, resolv directamente hacer uso de la Dedicacin al Dominio Pblico. Esta dedicacin tienen la clara intencin de que se puedan hacer todos y cada uno de los usos libres que se necesiten sobre esta base. En otras palabras, quiere contribuir a hacer un uso libre, intensivo y selectivo de las licencias que favorezca a los creadores a disear una estrategia cercana al nuevo arte regulativo. Por tanto, les dejo a continuacin la dedicacin propiamente dicha.
